WebI switched to NavyFed a few months ago and my account worked fine for a couple of days and I got the same thing. I thought it was maintenance but it lasted for days. The App worked fine. Then I tried my wife's account and it worked fine. Ended up talking to tech support. They said there is some bug they are chasing and it has to be manually fixed.
