Hand-foot syndrome was the most common toxicity, in which one patient suffered grade 3 and discontinued treatment. Secondary hypertension occurred in 7 patients (26.9%). Seven patients (26.9%) developed fatigue in grade 1–2. Two patients suffered grade 3 diarrhea and caused discontinued treatment.
