WebIt's not RAID. You most likely had Intel RST configured to use the 16GB (optane?) module as a cache. It may have needed BIOS to be in RAID mode, but RST itself is not raid. You should reinstall Windows on the HDD, then reinstall Intel RST, and follow the onscreen process (or online instructions) for adding the 16GB as cache.
